Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Waiter based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Head Waiter will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing a team of servers. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth service flow. The Head Waiter will also address customer inquiries, train and mentor staff, and ensure adherence to food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
• Understanding of basic Cooking and serving practices
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role in the F&B industry is desirable
