Job Responsibilities:
Involve in development and implementation of the process standardization and automation of finance activities
Identify critical risk areas for improvement and to ensure internal controls are in place.
Understand the whole process flows of finance activities and initiate or make suggestions for improvements.
Actively identify processes for digital transformations.
Assess benefits and risks for each of the project initiatives and monitor the post-implementation risks.
Overseeing or maintenance of Group Finance system master files.
Monitoring the system control issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cross-departmental teams to drive continuous improvements and guarantee adoptions.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or partial professional in ACCA, CIMA CPA or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience preferably in the property development industry.
Preferably with experience in implementation/maintenance of ERP, P2P, any digitalized projects and initiatives.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within timeline.
Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and preferably with experience in IFCA and Esker.
