岗位职责
Process and manage online orders from e-commerce platforms
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Assist in product uploading, product updates, and stock monitoring
Coordinate with warehouse and retail team for stock availability
Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products
Monitor and update order status and tracking information
Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic online support
Support live sales, promotional campaigns, and online activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area
Assist in daily e-commerce operational tasks assigned by management
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn
Responsible, organized, and attentive to details
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication and time management skills
Experience in e-commerce platforms or retail operations is an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
