We are looking for a motivated Business Administration intern to support our day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on exposure across customer service, administrative coordination, data management, and basic finance processes including delivery orders, accounts payable, and collections.
Key responsibilities
Customer service
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up on outstanding issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
General administration
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and internal documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting team operations
Data entry & management
- Accurately input and update data into the company's system or spreadsheets
- Verify and cross-check records to ensure data integrity
- Generate basic reports or summaries as required by the team
Delivery orders (DO), accounts payable & collection
- Process and track delivery orders, ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed
- Assist in verifying invoices and coordinating with suppliers/vendors on accounts payable matters
- Support the collection team in monitoring outstanding receivables and following up with relevant parties
- Prepare aging reports or payment summaries as directed
