Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service coordination
- Prepare ingredients and menu items in accordance with established SOPs, recipes, and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, particularly during peak operating hours
- Monitor stock levels, practice proper stock rotation, and report low or expired inventory promptly
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety at all times
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report any maintenance or operational issues immediately
- Collaborate closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
