岗位职责
Manage and oversee overall daily operations of the company
Ensure smooth coordination between retail, warehouse, e-commerce, and customer service departments
Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and workflow improvements
Monitor staff performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
Plan and manage inventory control, stock movement, and operational planning
Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and updates for management
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all departments
Handle operational issues, problem-solving, and decision-making effectively
Support business growth and ensure operational targets are achieved
Lead and motivate teams to maintain high performance and professionalism
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple departments
Good knowledge of operational management and workflow planning
Experience in retail or fashion industry is an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience preferred
