Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on System Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and support of our endpoint management solution, nPoints. This role involves project delivery, troubleshooting, customer support, documentation, and system optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support nPoints solutions at customer sites.
• Deliver assigned projects within SOW, SLA, and agreed timelines.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage incident and service request tickets from start to closure.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop basic scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and knowledge base updates.
• Escalate risks, delays, or technical issues when required.
• Support presales or technical discussions when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic experience in Windows, Linux, networking, virtualization, and scripting.
• Exposure to endpoint management, security solutions, system integration, or SQL/MySQL will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to handle customers professionally and work independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to solve issues with proper escalation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver work within project timelines and SLA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
