A Sales Project Executive is responsible for managing sales opportunities from lead generation to project completion. This role combines sales skills with project coordination to ensure smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
2. Project Coordination
- Manage projects from confirmation to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation)
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues on-site or during execution
3. Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Handle feedback, changes, and after-sales service
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and project documentation
- Track project status and provide regular updates
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or project coordination (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
