We are seeking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Proposal / Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Successful candidate will involve in the company’s tendering process for specific engineering products and services, preparing high-quality proposals, and ensuring successful delivery of our products and services to meet customer and principal expectations.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the company’s tendering process for specific engineering products and services.
• Prepare high-quality and compliant tenders and proposals that meet customer technical and commercial requirements.
• Analyze and interpret customer requirements, technical and commercial specifications.
• Handle various costing scenarios and propose to management for fast decision-making and selection of the best tender proposal.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather necessary information and data to support the proposal development and tender clarification and conversion process.
• Will be trained with industry standards, products, and principal technical / engineering information to ensure proposals remain competitive and relevant.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules, engineering document preparation and submission and organize factory and site acceptance testing and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, tenders, and quotations to track their progress and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, especially in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience are necessary.
• Familiar with proposal or tender process.
• Technical knowledge of products and services in oil and gas industry.
• Able to clearly articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

*Working Hours*

Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm (HQ)

Mon to Sat 9am - 17.30pm (Pengerang)

*Benefit Entitlement*

• Medical claim outpatient RM600/year
• Outstation RM60/day
• Offshore RM150/day
• Mobile claim RM120
• Mileage RM0.60 & toll claim
• Medical insurance GHS & GPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

• Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
