About the Role

Join our engineering team and kick-start your career in the energy industry. As a Graduate Process Engineer at Synergy Oil & Gas Engineering, you'll work closely with experienced Lead and Senior Process Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to real engineering challenges from day one.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing process simulations, P&IDs, process calculations, and specialist studies
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on technical matters
• Deliver engineering outputs that meet project requirements, quality standards, and submission deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (B.Eng) in Chemical Engineering from an internationally recognised university — First Class Honours required
• Familiarity with international engineering codes, standards, and project or operational philosophies
• A continuous learning mindset with a genuine interest in solving complex engineering problems
