Job Scope / Responsibilities

• To draw plan using AutoCAD software.
• Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.
• Support project planning, design development, and construction documentation
• Prepare and oversee preparation of Authorities’ submission drawings.
• Liaise with various government agencies for authority approvals and matters.
• Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
• Able to work independently & responsible.
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Part I / Part II or equivalent)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Sketch-up
• Strong design flair and technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Dedicated individual that willing to grow with the company.
• Must possess own transport
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in architecture or related field.
