1. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in developing, updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies.
2. Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Assist in conducting initial fact-finding and documenting evidence and support the investigation process.
3. Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling calibration meetings, endure documentation is complete and providing support for feedback sessions.
- Maintain performance records.
- Assist in implementing performance management programs or initiatives within the organisation.
4. Payroll and Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing and administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
5. Talent Acquisition:
- Support in sourcing and screening candidates for open position.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
6. Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
- Coordinate training logistics and track employee training participation.
- Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing various team-building events and activities, including collecting feedback.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
- Strong organization, time management & attention to detail.
- Good in MS Office Suite; MISA membership an advantage.
- High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
