Position Summary
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for managing customer inquiries, driving sales, updating product listings, handling orders, and supporting daily operations across Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms. The role focuses on fast response, accurate information, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly online sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Respond to customer messages quickly on Shopee Chat and TikTok Inbox.
- Provide product recommendations, answer questions, and close sales.
- Follow up with potential buyers to increase conversion and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer complaints, refund/return requests, and service issues professionally.
2. Product Listing & Content Management
- Update product details, prices, specifications, images, and stock levels.
- Ensure listings follow platform requirements and are SEO-friendly.
- Upload new products and maintain high-quality descriptions.
3. Order Processing & Coordination
- Manage incoming orders and verify details before sending to warehouse/fulfillment.
- Coordinate with packing/warehouse teams for timely shipping.
- Assist in monitoring order issues, cancellations, return/refund requests.
4. Promotion & Campaign Management
- Set up and manage platform promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation (Shopee Campaigns, Flash Sale, TikTok Campaigns).
- Work with marketing and content teams to plan promotional periods.
- Track campaign results and suggest improvements.
5. Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor daily sales, chat response rate, conversion rate, and traffic.
- Prepare simple daily/weekly sales reports for management.
- Highlight top-performing products and slow-moving items.
6. Collaboration With TikTok Live Team
- Coordinate with hosts and moderators for live-selling product pushes.
- Prepare product lists, pricing, and vouchers for each live session.
- Support live team to ensure accurate information for viewers.
- Requirements
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in e-commerce, online sales, Shopee, or TikTok Shop is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and fast response attitude.
- Basic knowledge of product listing, customer service, and online selling.
- Able to work during peak online sales hours, including campaign days (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
- Team player, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic spreadsheet/reporting knowledge (Excel/Google Sheet)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
