Job Responsibilities

• Carry out basic handyman and renovation works such as furniture installation, painting, wiring, plumbing, and minor repair works.

• Conduct site visits and monitor renovation progress to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform quality control inspections and rectify minor defects when required.

• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members on site matters.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping at project sites.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in related field.

• Basic knowledge in renovation, handyman, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance works.

• Able to use basic hand tools and equipment.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Off Days

• 1.5 days off per week
