About the role
We are seeking an experienced and efficient General Clerk to join our growing team at CUSTOVIC SDN BHD in Port Klang, Selangor. As a General Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to apply your administrative skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and record-keeping
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail
Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Providing support to other administrative staff as needed
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by following established procedures and policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
