Responsibilities
Drive new business development by prospecting and qualifying potential end users through the partner network.
Position and recommend suitable solutions to prospects, converting opportunities into proposal pipelines.

Ensure partners are fully certified and equipped to effectively promote and sell the company’s solutions.
Track and evaluate partner sales performance to maximize revenue, including identifying underperforming partners for improvement or potential phase-out.
Initiate and execute strategies to accelerate business growth and expand market presence.
Provide continuous technical, sales, and marketing support to partners.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking engagements.
Deliver impactful sales, product, and technical presentations to partners and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
Capability to manage medium- to long-term sales cycles and effectively progress opportunities through each stage.
Experience in developing sales plans and go-to-market strategies, including forecasting revenue, units, and costs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision, mid-term execution, and short-term results.
