To perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipment;
To prepare quotations for customer related to the cost of repair and spare part;
To record yearly maintenance contract with the company;
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, arrange for pick up repair unit, checking, service the equipment to its original good condition;
To assist and follow up the customer in matters related to all technical issues;
To arrange training to the customer when required;
To arrange in all engineering activities such as installation, dismantling, testing and commissioning;
To assist and submit new product registration for approval at the medical device authority website;
To assist and maintain all technical data for 7 years;
Carry out any other duties as directed and assigned by immediate superior or head of department from time to time.
Part B: Qualification / Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Student pursuing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
No working experience is required.
Internship position for duration of at least 3 months.
Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.
