We’re looking for a hands-on tech enthusiast who is obsessed with how the internet actually works. If you’re the person who enjoys opening up a machine to see what’s inside or spends your free time perfecting a home network setup, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Networking - Help configure, secure, and troubleshoot our office and data center environments.
• Systems Management - Get your hands dirty with server hardware, OS deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
• Security & Optimization- Monitor system health and ensure our "plumbing" is running at peak efficiency.
• Hardware Support - Practical troubleshooting of everything from core switches to endpoint devices.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, and switches
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn troubleshooting and IT support skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
