Job description:

• Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and provide assistance to customers regarding the company’s products and services.
• Deliver precise, clear, and easily understandable information to customers and business partners.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, or escalate them to the relevant department when required.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure all customer matters are properly addressed.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
• Individuals who are retrenched, currently unemployed, or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• 12-month contract position with potential for permanent placement upon successful performance.
