Position Title: Office and HR Administrator
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, prepare beverages, and handle incoming calls
Manage employee travel, including flights, hotels, and visa processing
Support office admin, including supplies, courier coordination, and cleanliness
Handle filing, payment vouchers, and quotation sourcing
Manage pantry, meeting rooms, and liaise with building management
Maintain employee records and leave tracking
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff medical and insurance matters
Monitor insurance renewals and assist with internal events
Provide admin support to Management, including schedules, expenses, and contacts

Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification
Some experience in administrative duties is preferred
Basic skills in data entry, documentation, and invoice preparation
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
