Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Executive to oversee and support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, network, and daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT service delivery, maintaining system security, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business applications (including ERP systems), and driving continuous improvement in IT processes. This role also involves coordinating with vendors and providing technical guidance to junior IT staff.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, PCs, laptops, printers, and related hardware.

  • Monitor network performance, system availability, and ensure minimal downtime.

  • Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and internet connectivity.

System Administration & Application Support

  • Administer business systems such as SAP ERP / Oracle NetSuite / ERP systems, email, databases, and other enterprise applications.

  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.

  • Ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction within SLA.

IT Security & Backup

  • Implement and monitor IT security controls including antivirus, firewall, access control, and endpoint protection.

  • Perform regular system backup and disaster recovery testing.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

  • Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and procurement.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

User Support & Documentation

  • Provide technical support and training to end users.

  • Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and asset records.

  • Manage IT inventory, software licenses, and hardware lifecycle.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Guide and mentor junior IT executives or support staff.

  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant IT working experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge in:

    • Windows Server / Linux

    • Network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)

    • Firewall & cybersecurity

    • ERP / business applications

    • Database management (SQL)

    • Cloud platforms / Microsoft 365

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in manufacturing ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, automation, or scripting.

  • Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA.
