Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No strict Diploma or Degree requirement.
- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin for daily work.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, WhatsApp, or Social Media handling is an advantage.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Patient, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
- Candidates who are available to start within short notice are preferred.
- Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service tasks through the company's online system.
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on customer cases and track their progress.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Organize, maintain, and update customer information and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth case handling.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and provide timely updates.
