Qualifications: Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence (Class E is an advantage for heavy vehicles); clean driving record.

Navigation Skills: Highly familiar with Malaysian highway routes, toll systems, and navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps).

Language Preferences: Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English. Chinese candidates with the ability to speak Mandarin are preferred/highly advantaged.

Availability: Willing to work on public holidays (with applicable pay) and travel outstation overnight when operationally required.

Tech Literacy: Computer-literate and capable of utilizing Microsoft Excel and digital calendar/communication tools.

Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, punctual, honest, and of high integrity. Non-smoker preferred (strictly no smoking in or near company vehicles).

Executive Transportation: Safely drive and accompany corporate executives according to their schedules and calendar plans.

Logistics & Maintenance: Manage vehicle upkeep (tyre pressure, oil, coolant) and handle basic breakdown troubleshooting. Assist with occasional loading/unloading of luggage or goods.

Admin & Expense Tracking: Maintain digital records of mileage, trip logs, and overtime hours using Microsoft Excel. Manage and reconcile work-related petty cash (fuel, tolls, parking, Touch 'n Go).

Confidentiality: Maintain strict professional discretion regarding executive schedules, movements, and corporate communication platforms.
