• Minimum SPM/ STPM/Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Good communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and proactively address issues and improve processes.

Role Description

• Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately and on time

• Load and unload goods

• Organize and store merchandise/ inventory according to warehouse guidelines

• Perform stock count

• Ensure all goods are handled, lablelled and stored appropriately

• Maintain cleanliness nad safety within the working area

• Responsible for inbound and outbound logistics activity

• Operate warehouse equipement when needed

• Follow company policies and procedure for handling and distribution

• Maintain professinalism, good communication and friendliness with customer, team members and third parties

• Willingness to work overtime and flexibility to work on holiday or weekends as required
