Minimum 1 year experience in a related field is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin , English

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks

Manage day-to-day shipping operations for import and export shipments

Arrange and coordinate shipping and inland logistics schedules

Handle customs clearance and liaise with internal operations teams

Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping and trade documentation

Provide timelyupdateson shipping schedules to clients

Meet operational deadlines, submissions, and itinerary schedules

Communicate effectively with clients,forwardingagents,shipping lines,haulage and trucking providers

Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Handle sales-related documentation (BL, Invoice, DO, CN/DN, SOA, SO, etc.)

Perform any other duties assigned diligently
