Job Description

Requirements

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and efficient transportation of goods from our facility in Tebrau, Johor.

  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs, process orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability for sales orders.

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base and internal teams.

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and clients, contributing to profitable sales outcomes.

  • Experience in sales management and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

  • Solid understanding of logistics management principles and practices, including supply chain optimization and transportation planning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and receiving, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

  • Liaise with sales teams, customers, and external logistics providers to confirm order details, shipping schedules, and delivery requirements, proactively addressing any potential issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales orders, shipment tracking information, and inventory levels within the company's CRM and logistics systems.

  • Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for business development and customer relationship enhancement.

  • Assist in negotiating shipping rates and terms with carriers, optimizing logistics costs while maintaining service quality and meeting delivery deadlines.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as production and finance, to ensure seamless integration of sales orders and logistics operations.
