Job Description

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write Mandarin as required for handling Mandarin-speaking customers

  • Comfortable using Facebook, WhatsApp, and smartphone/computer on a daily basis

  • Good communication skills — polite, patient, and attentive

  • No prior experience required — full training provided

  • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and messages via Facebook and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle product or service questions, complaints, and follow-ups

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all customer interactions

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary

  • Keep accurate records of customer conversations and feedback
