Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Machining, or related field.

Experience operating CNC machines, lathe machines, milling machines, or related equipment.

Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers and Micrometres.

Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and machining processes.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsible, disciplined, and committed to quality workmanship

Operate and set up CNC machines, lathe machines, and other machining equipment.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Perform machining, cutting, drilling, milling, and fabrication work according to requirements.

Conduct machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.

Monitor machine performance and production efficiency.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Assist in prototype development and production processes when required.
