Education: Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates who are energetic and eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply!

Language:Must be fluent in speaking Mandarin to assist our Mandarin-speaking customers and tourists. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is a plus.

Personality: Friendly, polite and people-oriented. You should enjoy interacting with strangers and have a positive, I can-do attitude.

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy to operate the POS system. Previous experience in retail or F&B is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).

Availability: Willingness to work on a shift basis and (when necessary) long hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Comprehensive Training Provided: No experience? No problem! We provide full training to ensure you are ready and confident to succeed.

Customer-Facing Confidence: Must be comfortable speaking to large groups or families, especially when assisting with Academy tours or product knowledge.

Flexibility: Willingness to be rotated between Central Market, Lot 10, and the Academy (Serdang) depending on event schedules or peak seasons.
