Requirements
Minimum two year of relevant experience in customer service environment.
Possess minimum Diploma or above
Must be comfortable with high volume of transaction
Customer service Oriented
Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
Excellent communication in both written and verbal
Excellent internal personal skills to connect with customer
Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and multi tasking ability
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Responsibilities
Provide first level support to all phone/ email enquiries whilest meeting service level and SOP standard.
Identify Customer’s needs, clarify enquiries/ complaints and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Coordinate with Internal Departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support tem and esure all cases are followed through to closure.
Engage and going extra mile to satisfy customer’s needs to build customer loyalty.
Maintain records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensive manner for use of analysis and reporting.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
