Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or customer service experience.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for daily work and resident interactions.

Basic computer skills and comfortable handling reports and administrative documentation.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to handle residents’ enquiries and feedback professionally.

Training will be provided.

Handle communication and coordination matters related to HDB upgrading works.

Explain renovation and upgrading schedules and work progress to residents.

Record and follow up on residents’ requests and concerns.

Handle residents’ feedback and complaints professionally.

Liaise with the Project Manager and provide updates on residents’ feedback and project-related matters.

Prepare reports and maintain relevant records and documentation.

Perform other customer relations and administrative duties as required.
