Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a retail or merchandise environment, preferably in an assistant or support role.

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and record keeping.

  • Experience with office management duties such as maintaining supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a functional workspace.

  • Strong scheduling abilities, including managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings for multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

  • Familiarity with basic retail operations and merchandise flow is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team in an onsite capacity in Kuala Lumpur.

  • Might need to travel overseas upon request.

  • Salary Range can be further discuss with Ms Kat during interview.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assist in the day-to-day office management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment, including managing supplies and vendor relationships.

  • Support the merchandising team with tasks such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining product information databases.

  • Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and disseminating information effectively.

  • Contribute to the organization of company events, product launches, and promotional activities.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely project completion.
