  • Having the own car and car license.

  • Available to travel (within KL area)

岗位职责

【Job Purpose】
To support daily retail operations and logistics management, ensuring efficient product delivery, smooth store functioning, and high brand standards across all outlets.


【Key Responsibilities】

  1. [Delivery & Logistics Support - Approx. 50%]

  • Coordinate pick-ups from suppliers and suppliers' sites.

  • Transport items, products, packaging materials, and raw materials efficiently.

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of items to respective retail outlets.

  • Handle and resolve daily delivery/logistics issues to maintain proper stock levels at outlets.

  1. [Retail Operations & Administrative Tasks - Approx. 50%]

  • Monitor and support overall retail sales performance.

  • Act as a middle person for communication between retail outlets and HQ.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with retail merchandisers.

  • Support new staff recruitment or ad-hoc marketing/operation activities as needed.
