Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Retail or F&B, with leadership experience.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of food safety and retail operations.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall food retail service operations.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets.

  • Develop service strategies to improve customer satisfaction

  • Monitor service quality, food safety, and operational standards.

  • Train, coach, and develop service teams.

  • Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to achieve business goals.
