Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and a solid grasp of online sales processes, including order fulfillment and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve key account performance.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
- Great sense of responsibility and attendance.
- Must be able to work full-time and be present on-site at the Shah Alam office location.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and growing key e-commerce accounts, focusing on the FMCG/Consumer Products category.
- Support the Key Account Team in developing and executing account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in key account performance.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing account performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., commercial, marketing, designers) to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives and promotions for key accounts.
- Assist in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for key accounts, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, sales data, and communications.
- Provide administrative support to the Key Account Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
