Requirements
· Friendly personality with good communication skills
· Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is a compulsory)
· Basic computer skills
· Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
· Experience in customer service or dental/medical clinic is a bonus
Responsibilities
· Attend to patient enquiries via WhatsApp & phone calls & email
· Register and assist patients during check-in/check-out
· Arrange appointments and manage daily schedules
· Handle payments and basic administrative tasks
· Coordinate with dentists and clinical team
· Ensure patients feel welcomed and comfortable
