Job Description

Requirements

  • Educational qualification : Minimum SPM (pass) or equivalent requirements.
  • Working Experience : Minimum 1 Year in call center environment has added advantage.
  • Willing and able to work on shift (Day / Night).
  • Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome.
  • No working experience is required, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and support with courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Record customer details and issues correctly in the system.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
  • Meet productivity goals (such as talk time and log-in time) while maintaining excellent service quality.
