Job Position: Fruit, Vegetable & Meat Procurement Manager

Department: Operation - Procurement

Reporting To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

Salary Range: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 (based on working experience)

Working day and working time: Monday – Saturday, 9am-6pm

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement (fresh produce / supermarket / e-commerce preferred)
• Strong understanding of fresh market pricing and supply dynamics
• Good negotiation, cost control, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic systems
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

• Plan and execute daily purchasing based on sales data, inventory levels, and market demand
• Source, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Monitor market prices and control purchasing costs
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and supply stability
• Manage stock movement, aging inventory, wastage, and turnover rate
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier database, and pricing information
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, marketing, and customer service teams
• Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product sourcing
• Provide market insights to improve product assortment and pricing strategy
