Job Description

Requirements

  • Priority will be given to local Malaysian residents, and those familiar with the Malaysian market environment, business practices, and relevant policies on new energy storage will be given priority.

  • Associate degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering or related fields ; 3-5 years of work experience in the new energy industry ; those with experience in photovoltaic or inverter equipment installation are preferred.

  • Priority will be given to candidates with knowledge of residential and commercial energy storage products, and those with relevant industry customer resources.

  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to be able communicate with China headquarters team and local Malaysian clients; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Possesses strong market development, communication, and negotiation skills; has a strong sense of purpose; and is able to independently develop clients and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market development and customer development of residential and commercial energy storage products in Malaysia and Indonesia, including but not limited to distributors, agents, and end customers (residential users, corporate users, industrial parks, etc.) to achieve the company's sales targets .

  • Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer needs , provide professional product consultation, solution explanations and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.

  • Responsible for local market research, exploring the market potential of energy storage products, and participating in the formulation and promotion of local sales plans.

  • Collect market information and competitor activities to provide reference for adjusting the company's market strategy.

  • Handle all matters related to the sales process, including quoting, contract negotiation, order follow-up, and payment collection, to ensure the orderly progress of sales work.

  • Cooperate with the branch office to complete other daily operations and sales-related support work.
