Job Requirements:

  • At least SPM qualification or above.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Passionate about travel and possess proven sales abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to telemarketing, sales targets, and performance-oriented KPIs.

  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident in telephonic communication.

  • Ability to handle pressure and rejections.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively handle customer objections.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.

  • Analytical skills to accurately understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp/phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages

  • Handle Mandarin & English-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

  • Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Track and achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales KPIs.

  • Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information.

  • Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
