Job Requirements

• Minimum one years' experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, spa, and fitness industries.

• Self-driven person and enthusiasm in the beauty industry.

• Proactive, pleasant and good communication with various types of customers.

• Dedicated and passionate to promote Company products and services to the customers.

• A good team player.

• Good in English, Mandarin and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Work Shift Hours, including weekends.

• Computer literate.

• Work location, KL Eco City, reachable directly by LRT

Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling beauty products, assisting customers with product selection, providing beauty advice, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Perform after-sales services, build rapport and maintain good relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell beauty, skincare and personal-care products.

• Greet customers and identify their beauty needs and preferences.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ skin types, concerns, and budgets.

• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and promotions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and beauty consultations when required.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Keep up to date with new products, beauty trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the supervisor or manager.
