Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Project Coordination, or related field (B2B experience preferred)
  • Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Passionate in client servicing, sales growth, and project management

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to clients

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from confirmation to completion

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including design, production, and installation

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project execution process

  • Handle client enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally

  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and other project-related documentation

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/internal systems and provide regular project updates
