Requirements
Proven sales and team-management experience.
Experience in interior design, renovation, property, construction or building materials is preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and reporting skills.
Able to attend client meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies, targets, pipelines and action plans and lead the team to achieve results.
Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with homeowners, agents, developers and commercial clients.
Review quotations, proposals, key opportunities and team follow-up activities.
Analyse performance, market trends and customer needs and report to management.
