全职 Junior BIM Modeler Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in IT Usaha Engineering Sdn Bhd Puchong - Ricebowl

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Internships of 3 to 6 months or longer are also welcome.

- Good skill in Revit, Naviswork / AutoCAD, Ms Office and others BIM software

- Knowledge of Architectural, Electrical & Mechanical systems installation details and basic local Authority requirements

- Willing to travel within Johor / Klang Valley area, depending on management's arrangement

- Field knowledge and experience supervising and/or directing commercial electrical installation is beneficial

- Computer proficiency, file management and organization

- Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision 

- Working with Electrical, Architectural, Mechanical and Structural drawings to provide a fully coordinated electrical installation through the use of three-dimensional modeling

- Detailer will work closely with the project team to create installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication from the coordinated model for use in field installation

- Coordinate electrical room layouts, feeder routing and equipment clearances consistent with the NEC

- Maintaining document / drawing control procedures to ensure proper document / drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording and disposal as required by ISO procedures
