Maintain punctuality and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from troubleshooting to documentation.

Take responsibility for assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.

Possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Provide machinery technical support and technical support to customers.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on large printer machineries at customer sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on printing equipment.

Install and configure new printer machineries, providing on-site training to customers.

Respond to service calls in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.

Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.

Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for efficient service delivery.
