Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Good knowledge of construction methods, refurbishment, fit-out, and project coordination.

Familiar with CIDB requirements and safety regulations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project (or equivalent).

Coordinate day-to-day project activities from commencement to completion.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and productivity against approved schedules.

Review drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and material submissions before execution.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues promptly.

Prepare project reports, RFIs, site instructions, inspection requests, and progress updates.

Monitor material delivery, resource utilisation, and site logistics.

Support variation orders, progress claims, procurement activities, and project documentation.

Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and recommend corrective actions.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
