Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Proven experience in opening new retail accounts
- Existing network in one or more of the following sectors:
- 3C / Consumer electronics
- Hardware/building materials
- Small home appliances
- CCTV / security industry (preferred)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and highly execution-driven
- Willing to travel for field sales
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop and explore new offline retail partners across Malaysia
- Approach and close partnerships with:
- 3C electronics retailers
- Hardware & building material stores
- Small home appliance retailers
- CCTV & security equipment shops
- Actively conduct field visits to identify and acquire new retailers
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders
- Drive sell-in volume and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain basic relationship management with active retailers
