Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum one (1) year of working experience, preferably in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
Well organised, with good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of inventory management or procurement systems.
Responsibilities
Ensure all procurement activities comply with approved policies, procedures, and delegated authority limits
Execute Purchase Requisitions (PR) by verifying completeness, accuracy, budget availability, and required approvals prior to processing.
Generate and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the APAC system accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Maintain and manage vendor records, including performance feedback and basic supplier evaluations.
Maintain, update, and control procurement and logistics documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness.
Provide guidance, basic training, and refresher sessions on APAC system usage for users when required.
Provide first-level support for APAC-related queries and assist in monitoring user compliance with approved procurement workflows.
Coordinate procurement-related documentation and communication with branch offices and internal departments.
Prepare procurement summaries, reports, and tracking logs as required for management review.
