Full Time Senior PMC Engineer (Production Planning) Jobs, salary up to MYR 8,000 in M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business.

• Minimum 4 years of PMC experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or local ERP) and advanced Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP).

• Proficient in Mandarin (to liaise with International HQ and local teams).

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure and fast-paced production environment.

• Develop and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales orders, capacity, and material availability.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure timely material issuance and FG delivery.

• Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels; drive slow-moving and obsolescence reduction.

• Lead weekly production meetings and adjust plans for urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or shortages.

• Analyze production data (OEE, cycle time, yield) to improve planning accuracy.

• Maintain ERP system parameters related to BOM, routing, and lead time.
