Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel overseas when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Passion or interest in sports, especially golforracket sports, is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Source sports accessories by working closely with overseas customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with global clients to provide project updates and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support new product development by managing procurement activities, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create and maintain accurate product information, including product codes, packaging specifications, and shipping details.
- Process purchase orders and ensure procurement documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, and manage the end-to-end logistics process.
- Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain organized procurement records and proper document control.
- Follow up on product samples, assist with basic material inspections, and support product development activities when required.
